Top Hats
Due to their lightweight design and impressive strength, top hats are generally used for roof purlins and wall girts in smaller buildings. They are fixed to the columns and rafter with tek screws.

What cladding profiles do we offer?
We use two cladding profiles for our roof cladding. The first is the traditional and ever-popular corrugated roofing profile, Corrodek, and the second is a 5-ribbed deep pan Trimdek. Both styles come in a .42 and .48 base metal (BMT), with total coat thickness (TCT) of .47 and .53.
Trimclad
Trimclad is a custom-length, high-tensile steel roofing and wall cladding. It is known for its bold, trapezoidal five ribs and subtle fluting in the pans, offering a distinct aesthetic compared to other cladding options.
Corodek

After you pay your deposit, we will provide you with engineering plans, slab and footing drawings, a slab layout diagram, and a wind load certificate to assist you in making your Council application.
