Warranty information
AMIA products come with a 6-year piece or finish guarantee that covers defects in materials and workmanship for aluminium frames, hardware under normal operation, and manufacturing defects in glass. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, accidents or misuse.

Care and Maintenance
Proper care ensures your AMIA windows and doors keep looking good and working smoothly for years.
- Clean regularly with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool or metal scrapers on glass or aluminium surfaces.
- Keep tracks and sills free of dirt and debris for smooth operation.
- Lubricate moving parts annually with a silicone-based lubricant.
- Remove wet cement, mortar, paint, acids or other harsh substances promptly.
- For coastal areas, clean more frequently to prevent salt build-up.
Delivery Information
True Blue Sheds glass windows and doors are delivered directly to site via courier. The rest of the shed is delivered by truck with a Hiab.
- AMIA packs products to prevent damage during transit.
- Carefully open each box and inspect products on delivery.
- Report damage immediately, preferably with photos.
- Keep products in their original packaging until installation.
- Store components in a dry area away from corrosive chemicals.
