Warranty Information
AMIA products come with a 6-year ‘peace of mind’ guarantee that covers defects in materials and workmanship for aluminium frames, hardware under normal operation, and manufacturing defects in glass. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse.
Care and Maintenance
Proper care ensures your AMIA windows and doors will look great and function smoothly for years to come:
- Clean regularly with mild soap and water, using a soft cloth or sponge.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or metal scrapers on glass or aluminium surfaces.
- Keep tracks and sills free of dirt and debris for smooth operation.
- Lubricate moving parts annually with a silicone-based lubricant.
- Immediately remove any cement, mortar, paint, acids, or other harsh substances that contact the aluminium or glass surfaces.
- For coastal areas, clean more frequently to prevent salt build-up.
Delivery Information
All True Blue Sheds glass windows and doors are delivered directly to the site via a courier.
(The rest of the shed is delivered by a truck with a Hiab)
We try to ensure your AMIA products arrive safely:
- All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- For remote locations, we use the reliable Aramex Courier Network.
Upon Delivery:
Open each box and visually inspect products carefully before signing.
If damage is observed:
- Request the driver return goods immediately (preferred), or
- Clearly mark the receipt as “Damaged”.
Keep all products in original packaging until installation to prevent damage from debris or construction activities.
Immediately clean off any contact with harmful substances such as cement, paint, or acid-based products.
Tracking: You’ll receive a consignment number to track your delivery online once dispatched.
